Return Process

  Log into your DUFT account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
